• The contents of the circled cells are to be used to fill the equivalent
cells in the next puzzle; however, the order of puzzles is to be deduced
• In each puzzle, one cell is marked with a # (or, in one case, two cells,
which should be read together as a pair). The contents of these cells,
read in the correct order, provide an additional hint to the theme
• The final solution is a single nine-letter English word

Normal Sudoku rules apply. In addition, each thermometer must strictly increase along its length from the bulb.

 Forged Letters
Normal Sudoku rules apply, however each digit has been replaced by a letter. The Queen Rule applies to the letter representing 9 (i.e. that letter must appear at most once in any given diagonal).
Digits must strictly increase (both alphabetically and numerically) along each thermometer from the bulb.
In addition, killer cage and sandwich clues have been provided with digits replaced by their respective letters (i.e. if D represented 8 and E represented 9, then DE would be 89).
A killer cage (coloured group of cells) may not contain repeated digits and its digits must sum to the small number in its corner, e.g. the first five cells on row 1 must sum to DO.
A sandwich clue indicates the sum of the digits between the 1 and the 9 in a given row or column.

9. In addition, each other shaded region represents an extra region in combination with the red cells in its
