Personal Statement: I believe in sustainable development and motivated by socio economic development that occurs within
sustainable environmental management. I am a business minded individual but striving to make a difference in the world through
corporate philanthropy and community contribution. I genuinely want to help those in poverty pool and in disadvantaged
communities. I wish to accomplish this balancing act through corporate social responsibility and social entrepreneurship.

Overall summary of my Experience: Thato Konstabole has over 8 years as a development professional and has had spell in
the government sector, International NGOs setting, local civil society arena as well as corporate sector. He has worked in
Agriculture and livelihood development, Disaster management and community resilience, Environment and Natural Resource
Management as well as Policy Advocacy and lobbying. He served International NGOs such as World Vision International and
Send a Cow UK. Mr. Konstabole gathered extensive experience while serving Lesotho Council of NGOs (LCN) which is the apex
body and legitimate representative of civil society organizations in Lesotho. Tasked with the responsibility of commission
secretary of the LCN, he was responsible for coordination of the policy advocacy issues in the Agriculture, Environment and
Natural Resources in Lesotho. Currently, Mr. Konstabole is employed by Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA)-a
trans-boundary water resource management project between Lesotho and South Africa. Mr. Konstabole is employed to assist
communities affected by this multi million project to deliver best utilization of communal compensation
