Our Vision

The leading and recognized community-based organization of dedicated volunteers from private
and public sector, and communities we serve nationwide. We will accomplish this through the
development of anti-crime prevention and emergency response programs that actively engage its
members in support of government initiatives and capacity building.

Our Mission
To improve the quality of life in the communities we serve and partner with.

To empower our members nationwide to become skilled responders during emergencies and other
disasters, through training and skills development program for emergency response;

To provide swift response and aid to the community during emergencies through our network of
volunteers providing assistance when they are most needed.

To be the force multiplier in the different law-enforcement units in the national and local levels in
the anti-crime and anti-illegal drugs campaign, and all forms of lawlessness.

To help partner with communities achieve peace and order and emergency preparedness
programs at the local level by building and organizing a network of volunteers who are
continuously learning, growing and contributing to the organization's core programs;

To engage local and national government partnerships to develop and re-enforce new and on-
going anti-crime and emergency preparedness projects and initiatives at local levels;

To ensure community cooperation in gathering information for intelligence and counter-intelligence

utilization in support of local law enforcement investigation.

Building strong relationship with the members of the community, establishing cohesion and
support structure to promote peace and order, as well as community independence and
preparedness which will enable them to immediately respond and provide assistance to those in
need in time of emergencies.

Community watchdog against all forms of crimes, violence and lawlessness.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE

Mobilizing networks of members which provides immediate response and assistance during
calamities to the affected community.
