DEED OF DONATION AND ACCEPTANCE

KNOW MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT WE, the officers of the Ildefonso Villanueva II Settlers Homeowners Association Inc. ,
with address at Brgy. Obrero, Purok 10-A, Butuan City duly represented by the President and
Chairman of the Board, Saturnina A. Besas hereinafter referred to as “DONOR”, in favor of the
Barangay Obrero City of Butuan , hereinafter referred to as the “DONEE”.

WITNESSETH:

That the DONOR, being the duly-elected officers of the Ildefonso Villanueva II Settlers
Homeowners Association Inc., in representation of the common welfare of resident-home
owners of the Ildefonso Villanueva II Settlers Homeowners Association Inc., is the governing
body and policy-making core group of the said organization;

That said Subdivision residents are now the deemed owners of a strip of land forming a road
right of way within the said subdivision;

That said road consisting of _________ (___) meters long and ________ (____) meters wide
more or less, is intended to serve the needs of the residents thereof, both as entry to the
subdivision and exit road towards other parts of the Barangay and the City;

That said road right of way likewise serves as an access road as it is connected to the
Barangay Road as well as other barangay and city roads;

That DONOR, in representation of the common intent and welfare of the homeowners, have
AGREED and RESOLVED to donate the aforementioned subdivision road right of way
consisting of ______________ (___) METERS IN LENGTH AND ____ (__) METERS WIDTH,
total area of ___________ (__) SQUARE METERS to the LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF
BARANGAY OBRERO ,BUTUAN CITY as BARANGAY ACCESS ROAD to and from all parts of
the city, both for its residents, commuters and public and private vehicles;

That for and in consideration of the general welfare of the City Government, Local
Government Unit of Barangay Obrero and its people for which DONOR holds much concern,
DONOR cedes transfers and conveys the above-described land area situated within the
ILDEFONSO VILLANUEVA II SETTLERS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC. consisting of
__________ SQUARE METERS by way of these DEED OF DONATION unto DONEE;

That this DONATION is not executed with any intent to defraud nor cause harm to anybody
but solely for the common good;

That for purposes of giving effect to this document, DONEE accepts this DONATION and
hereby expresses it heartfelt gratitude to the DONOR for their generosity and goodwill.
