Stretch your legs and arms by
leaning on the wall for 20 secs.

Dhikr: ‫أﺳﺘﻐ ِﻔﺮ اﻟﻠﻪ‬

Lift and drop your feet slowly.

Do this 20 times.

Dhikr: ‫ﺳﺒﺤﺎن اﻟﻠﻪ ِوﺑﺤﻤ ِﺪ ِه‬

Stretch each leg for 10 secs.

Dhikr: ‫ﺳﺒﺤﺎن اﻟﻠﻪ اﻟﻌ ِﻈﻴﻢ‬

Bend each of your leg in a straight
direction for 10 secs.

Dhikr: ‫ﺳﺒﺤﺎن اﻟﻠﻪ‬

Bend down and reach your
feet.
Do this for 10 secs.
ُ ْ َ
Dhikr: ‫اﻟﺤﻤﺪ ﻟﻠﻪ‬

Hold each of your leg for 20 secs.

Dhikr: ‫ﻻ ِإﻻه إﻻ اﻟﻠﻪ‬

Hold each of your hand and
stretch
in upward direction for 10 secs.

Dhikr: ‫اﻟﻠﻪ أﻛﺒﺮ‬
