Lift and drop your feet slowly.
Do this 20 times.

Dhikr: ﺳﺒﺤﺎن اﻟﻠﻪ ِوﺑﺤﻤ ِﺪ ِه

Stretch each leg for 10 secs.

Dhikr: ﺳﺒﺤﺎن اﻟﻠﻪ اﻟﻌ ِﻈﻴﻢ

Bend each of your leg in a straight
direction for 10 secs.

Dhikr: ﺳﺒﺤﺎن اﻟﻠﻪ

Bend down and reach your
feet.
Do this for 10 secs.

Dhikr: اﻟﺤﻤﺪ ﻟﻠﻪ

Hold each of your leg for 20 secs.

Dhikr: ﻻ ِإﻻه إﻻ اﻟﻠﻪ

Hold each of your hand and
stretch
in upward direction for 10 secs.

Dhikr: اﻟﻠﻪ أﻛﺒﺮ
