Your State Tax Officer had visited me for statement of fact.

Since allegations made in the F.I.R. is under investigation therefore, we are

not justifying the allegations, rather meeting the law points raised by the
petitioner in the petition for getting the F.I.R. quashed.

You are requested to go through it and get it cross checked from the
provisions contained in the Act/Rules and further revert it to us for filing the same
in the pending criminal writ.
