1. This Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred by the
appellants (original petitioners) being aggrieved and feeling dissatisfied by the order dated 7.3.2017, passed by the learned Single Judge, which reads as under :- “ Notice. 2. Mr.Om Prakash Tiwari, the learned counsel -2- appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-JUVNL and seeks four weeks' time for filing response. 3. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed two weeks thereafter. 4. Post the matter after eight weeks. 5.Prayer for interim relief is refused”.
2. Counsel appearing for the appellants (original petitioners)
submitted that they are in search of interim order, which has been refused, nonetheless, the writ petition is adjourned. The grievance ventilated by these appellants can be ventilated before the learned Single Judge. The final order is yet to be passed. 3. Hence, there is no substance in this Letters Patent Appeal and the same is,therefore, dismissed.
