Bedroom
floor. We have got a big chandelier.
My favourite room in our flat is my
bedroom. I spend most of the time
there. It’s not only the place where I
sleep. It can transform into a guest
room or a cinema when I invite my
friends over.
I’d like to tell you a few words about
the furnishing in my room. When
you enter my bedroom, you can see
a single bed on the right and a tall
wardrobe on the left. In the center
there is a desk with a computer on
it. There are also a couple of chairs
next to the desk. Right beside the
wardrobe there is a flat screen TV on
the wall. I can watch my favourite
channels right from my bed.
I have an aquarium with lots of
colorful fishes and a cage with a
parrot. I also have one medium-
sized turtle, but it doesn’t need
special living conditions. It simply
moves around as slow as it can.
One of the walls in my room is
covered by numerous posters. They
are mostly the pictures of my
favourite bands, singers and actors.
All in all, my room leaves a positive
impression.
Living-room
The living-room is the biggest room
in our house. It is very light. Our
family often spends time together in
the living room. We watch TV, talk,
drink tea, play board games and do
many other things there.
Walls in the living-room are creamy
coloured. There is a big painting
with flowers on one of them and a
clock on another. There are two big
windows with white curtains. There
is a big dark yellow carpet on the

the room. In front of the sofa we
have got a small glass coffee table.
There are two cupboards where we
keep beautiful statuettes and
souvenirs.
Between the cupboards there is a a
big TV set. Above the TV set there
are some bookshelves. We keep a
lot of books and magazines on the
shelves.
Opposite the cupboards and the TV
set there are two soft sandy
coloured armchairs. Between them
there is a big potted plant. It is a
lemon tree.
Kitchen
I live in a small flat, so the kitchen is
also quite small. During daytime it is
very bright with a lot of natural
light. By the window there is a
square dining table with 3 chairs.
My kitchen is equipped with all
modern appliances. So, there is a
microwave, oven, dishwasher,
electric kettle and fridge with a
freezer.
In the corner there is a double
kitchen sink with a tap. Along the
wall there are cupboards with cups,
plates.
There are a few potted plants on the
windowsill. There is a picture on the
wall and curtains on the window.
I always keep my kitchen clean and
tidy because I spend a lot of time
here cooking breakfast, lunch and
dinner.
