1. Introduction

The present work emphasizes the presentation of a legally constituted company its

economic activity is mainly in the retail trade of household appliances and household appliances

furniture and lighting equipment. Amorgas is a Simplified Joint Stock Company (SAS) with a

common regime under a legal entity, since it has an organic structure of the company, its

administration and the operation of its processes can be freely determined by the shareholders,

who are only obliged to appoint a legal representative of the company.

2. Presentation

The main objective of ARMOGAS S.A.S is to provide welfare and comfort to customers

by offering solutions for water heating, residential, industrial and commercial. Its main market is

focused on gas appliances (gas heaters, passage and accumulation, electric heaters, boilers and

catalog sales), materials for the construction of gas and water networks (pipes and fittings), spare

parts for ovens - stoves, and currently accessories and tools for air conditioners. It has the best

variety of gas heaters in Bosch, Clasic, Oka, Challenger, Haceb, Mabe and Longvie brands,

additionally, it offers services of everything related to fuel gas with certified technicians backed

by the Seine, some of them are: corrective and preventive maintenance of household appliances,

diagnostic and quotation visits, installation and repair of household appliances and appliances

(refrigerators, washing machines, refrigerators and clothes dryers).

2.1 Segmentation

ARMOGAS SAS offers its services focused on strata three, four, five and six since they are

generally expensive products and according to the company's databases the highest levels of

sales lie in these, it is a market that occurs mainly in the department of Quindío with only

physical headquarters located in the city of Armenia, in the other municipalities sales are also

presented but in a virtual way or by catalog, it is focused for men and women normally,

regardless of an age limit

4. Conclusions

 The organization ARMOGAS S.A.S is positioned in the department of Quindío

recognized for its excellent service and good quality in the diversity of products and / or

services offered by it.

 Market segmentation is a fundamental pillar for companies as they allow organizations to

delimit in order to deepen possible new markets and project their good reception.

 It is vitally important to highlight the possibility of expanding the organization to other

departments since there is only a physical headquarters in the department of Quindío and

market acceptance has been good as indicated by its sales levels
