Basic Assembly Instructions
1. Print your pattern and measure to ensure it printed
with the correct settings.
2. Using pre-washed fabric, pin your desired pattern size
to your fabric and make cuts.
3. Measure and cut your elastic or binding ties to the ap-
propriate dimensions.
4. Align both sets of fabrics (RST) and sew the convex
curve with a 1/4” seam allowance.
5. Finger press seams open.
6. With the lining, Right side facing up, align and sew
your elastic or binding ties.
7. Align & pin the exterior and the lining, RST.
8. Using a 1/4" seam allowance, sew the 2 pieces together
(leave an opening at the bottom for turning out).
9. Clip the corners off and provide ease along the long
curve by snipping just before the seam.
10. Turn mask right side out and press.
11. Close the opening by sewing an 1/8" seam allowance
along the entire perimeter of the mask.
