    ● In the past I had to work with others in order to make change in my school's community
    to better solidify the relationship between the different grades and people.
    ● I had to use other people’s ideas and perspectives as a baseline for improvement on how
    to effectively create a positive work environment for everyone to be efficient and less
    stressed.
    ● I've had to work with others to demonstrate how different people and their perspectives
    can affect the outcome of a project or issue in both a positive and negative way.
