 Based on the result of my test on the score interpretation. I know the already the importance of
working effectively with people in the job, and I already know on how to collaborate while still
ensuring that my needs are being addressed. While old habits may seep in during times of stress
and pressure, there is room for reform. Make a commitment to actively working on my people
skills so that they become a natural foundation for in order to handle work interactions at work.
My reflection about on the result event though I already know the importance on working on
different people effectively I must keep on developing on it. However even though I already
and sufficiently good in understanding to I must keep in touch also to know when and where do
I need to take steps to rectify things.

 Social literacy refers to a student's ability to perform and comprehend social,


organizational, and communication skills. It is the student's capacity to successfully
communicate with others. Interacting with friends, family, coworkers, instructors, and
even people we haven't met face to face is all part of social literacy.The importance of
social literacy in a person's success cannot be overstated. In order to learn, you must be
able to communicate and express your ideas and thoughts, as well as listen to others'
opinions and thoughts. It is tremendously useful to have a firm grasp of social cues and
conventions. We use our social literacy in almost every aspect of our lives: school,
home, job, clubs and activities, and connecting with others (whether face to face or
through technology).
 In education, The development of social skills, knowledge, and good human values is
the focus of social literacy. As a result, these elements drive human beings' motivation
and aptitude to act positively and responsibly in a variety of complicated social
circumstances. For example, it is common for a student to be taught about social and
moral responsibility, community engagement, and the principles of being a good citizen
throughout his or her scholastic career. In terms of education, social literacy strives to
assist students in developing the abilities necessary to grasp the different social
phenomena, events, and quick changes that our modern society encounters, as well as
how these things affect students' daily lives. The goal of social literacy is to appeal to the
interests and needs of pupils.
