FERTILIZER SPREADER AND PESTICIDES SPRAYER MACHINE

WITH USING SOLAR ENERGY

Objectives
➢ India is an agricultural country but the resources and equipment are very low to ease farming ,nowadays
most of the farmer used to do fertilizer spreading and pesticide spraying with their bare hands which
sometimes also cause many harmful disease to them.

➢ Nowadays major problem faced by farmer is shortage of labor and labor charges are also high, so there is
need of development in agriculture side. we are introducing an equipment to facilitate farming.

➢ our project introduce a machine for distributing seeds or fertilizer homogenously on soil. these project will
also ease to the new upcoming farmer, who don't have experience of farming.

➢ These machine will allow anybody to do these procedure without grater difficulties, with the help of
fertilizer spreader machine we can stop excessive use of fertilizer and seeds it means grater profit.

➢ We can stop the damage done by excessive fertilizer on soil and its a user friendly as well as ecofriendly
machine.

Principle
➢ This machine is used for distribution of fertilizer and pesticide homogenously on soil. This consists of very
basic design and simple structure. we have decided to divide it in three part lower level, middle level and top
level. -bottom level consists of tires and structure to support machine, tires are provided for the purpose of easy
movement.

➢ Middle level consist of spray gun and its mechanism with supporting structure, spray gun we used is basic Application
design of water pump for better utilization of pesticides we have applied multipoint nozzle which allows liquid ➢ Its widely used in the agriculture industry.

be overcome by this, on the other hand the battery is rechargeable by the supply available at homes, there is no health hazard to
