Spiderman Climbs -- 1 minute


KB Reverse Lunge to Front Kick -- 30 seconds per side
Squat to overhead Punch -- 1 minute
Elevated Pushup w/ hand on KB -- 30 seconds per side
Jumping Jack Presses w/ KB -- 1 minute

Rest 1 minute

20 KB Swings/5 Burpee Punch Combo -- 4 minutes

Go through the first 5 exercises for 1 minute each without any rest. After you complete
all 5 exercises, rest 1 minute and immediately go into the 20KB swings/5 Burpee
punch combo for 4 minutes. If you want to go through the entire circuit again, rest 2
minutes and repeat once more (optional).
