    Association. The Philippine Obstetrics and Gynecological Society(POGS) endorses Dr. MARIA
    LOURDES MONTEVERDE as President of the Philippine Medical Association.
    The POGS endorses Dr. Monteverde for her exceptional work as an Obstetrician and Honorary
    Consul of Mexico. An empowering figure for Women’s rights and a staunch believer for the
    reform and amendments of the constitution of the Philippine Medical Association. A visionary
    for the development and steadfast globalization of the Philippine medical practice and a
    capable leader in the political landscape of the Philippine Government. Hence, The POGS
    believe that Dr. Monteverde would be a capable leader for the Philippine Medical Association.
