ABDOMEN AND PELVIS ULTRASOUND REPORT

LIVER: Normal in size (Measures cm), shape and echotexture. No focal lesions or
intrahepatic biliary duct dilatation. Hepatic and portal vein radicals are normal.
GALL BLADDER: Normal distended and shows normal intraluminal echoes.
Wall thickness is normal.
PANCREAS: Normal in size, shape, contour & has uniform echo texture. Pancreatic duct is
normal.

SPLEEN: Normal in size and echopattern. No focal lesions seen. Spleno portal axis is
normal.
KIDNEYS: Both kidneys are normal in position, size, shape and contour. Cortical
echogenicity is normal. Cortico-medullary differentiation is well maintained.
No hydronephrosis / calculi seen. No obvious ureteric dilatation or calculus noted in UV
junction at present.
MEASUREMENTS: LENGTH (cm) PARENCHYMAL THICKNESS (cm)
RT.KIDNEY-
LT.KIDNEY-
URINARY BLADDER: Well distended, Normal in outline and wall thickness.
No calculi or mucosal irregularity seen.

PROSTATE: Normal in size, contour and echotexture. Volume : cc


OTHERS:
No evidence of free fluid in abdomen & pelvis. Visualized bowel loops appears normal.
