What competitive advantage do these stores have

over their competitors that cause you to shop there rather than at the competitors?

On top of many stores in Tacurong City that market school supplies, I rather choose between
Lamanosa and Crown Bookstore. For me as a student, service is one thing that needs to be
considered, having a great service means having a competitive advantage over the others. Aside
from having great service that they offer to their customers, these two stores offer a lot of school
supplies, I can even buy a dictionary from these stores which I cannot found over the other
school supplies stores. Moreover, except for Lamanosa, Crown Bookstore as it name suggests,
they also sell books, and the only bookstore in town, which in most cases when I need
accounting books I can go there and buy it, although they only sell limited books, since it is not
as big as National Bookstore, I find it more satisfying, because it saves my time, as well as
transportation cost, I need not have to go to National Bookstore to look for the book I want,
instead I can go there and look for it, and if it’s not available, I could even ask them to order it.
When it comes to the costs of the product I realized that the two stores offer lower cost, although
most of the school supply stores in the town offers a competitive cost, neither of school supply
stores in town sell product that costs too high nor too low. But still I prefer these two stores.
Another thing that needs to be considered is the location, because they happened to be
accessible, when I am on my way home I could even drop by and buy some school stuff.
