3. Generate a group from two elements A and B subject to relations A2 = B3 = (AB)2 = E.
4. Define n-fold symmetry axis.
5. Show that the set of the symmetry transformations of a square is a group.
6. State and prove rearrangement theorem.
7. What are isomorphic and homomorphic groups? Explain with an example.
8. Define Cosets. Prove that two right cosets of a subgroup in a given group are either equal
or else have no elements in common.
9. Show that if a group H of order h is a subgroup of a group G of order g, then g an integral
multiple of h.
