The economic impact on socioculture from the point of view of the professional career of

Administration is quite wide, in my opinion it has a high influence on the development of

society and the cultural diversity that exists on it.

A clear example without crossing borders, on our country, is the free market policy that Peru
applies as an economic model for national development, taking with it ambiguous cases in the
perception of reality in the citizenry, on the one hand there are people benefiting for the
management of companies with high investments in the mining sector where jobs are of
considerable remuneration and quite attractive for professionals of different specialties in our
country, which lead to consumerism in many cases reflected in the high market demand in the
large cities, the real estate market on the rise, the supply of luxury goods or of numismatic
value that materialism entails, being the guarantee that the insertion of these large companies
in the national market are the main source of the economic movement and a key factor in your
continued progress.

On the other hand, a considerable amount of the population is affected by their social and
economic environment (farmers, ranchers, artisans, local retailers, etc.) with the operation of
the companies, due to poor management in mining operations or, occasionally, deficiencies in
the environmental management that is practiced in the pertinent processes, these trigger
social conflicts in the population, which beyond expecting consensus where the subsistence of
economic activities is allowed in a parallel and non-conditioning way between them, a hostility
is perceived among these due to the lack of transparency of the processes of large mining
companies in practice and a government policy that is not applicable due to many factors in a
contemporary era.

The senior management of companies, responsible for management and operation, should
focus their efforts on executing social planning where essential economic activities must be
respected without transgressing or altering the environment where a population operates,
where these people have developed custom and traditions that are compatible with their own
context.

“A development dissociated from the human and cultural context is growth without a soul….
Culture, as important as it is as an instrument of development, cannot be relegated to a
subsidiary function of simply promoting economic growth. The role of culture is not reduced to
being a means to achieve ends, but constitutes the social basis of the ends themselves.
"Development and the economy are part of the culture of the people". (United Nations
Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, 1995).
It is an important task for new professionals in administration who will take care of the
responsible management of existing or new organizations, the preservation of culture and its
importance in the business impact within the market in all its variables (commercial, industrial,
of services, etc.), the “seal” of a company is forged by respect towards people for their ways of
coexisting, whether in urbanity or the rural sector, marginalization is a problem of previous
centuries that is still latent in many current situations, for example, personnel selection
processes alluding to differences by race, gender, social status, economy, religion, customs, etc

Postmaterialism is an accepted practice only in large developed communities where many

populations still need to integrate, economic progress is driven by the market and its
members, but additionally and even more relevant is progress as a society and coexistence
among its members.

The integration of cultures and their mutual respect are important to understand ideals of
change for society, with this it will be possible to break down barriers that even technologies
and globalization do not break, it is the invisible but perceptible factor that is in turn a breaking
point for the progress of all the activities that humans carry out

“In recent times, culture has gradually redefined its role vis-à-vis the economy and
development. Little is already doubted about its importance as an inducer of development and
social cohesion, of its relevant role in the face of cultural diversity, the integration of minority
communities, gender equality processes and the problems of marginalized urban and rural
communities.”[ CITATION Ama98 \l 3082 ]
