to relay this demand in relation to the land that you are occupying.

Records disclosed that the land which you are occupying is part and parcel
of lands that was sold by Mr. Baldwin Aowing to my Client for a
consideration of Fifteen Thousand Pesos (P15,000.00) on March 26, 2019.

The same parcel of land was also one of the lands that were waived by Heirs
of Baldwin Aowing in favor of my Client when they executed a Waiver of
Rights on February 4, 2019.

My Client made several demands upon you to vacate and turn-over the said
land and remove the improvements that you introduced on it but all of it fell
on deaf ears.

In this regard, FINAL DEMAND is made upon you and your family to
vacate the property within fifteen (15) days and to pay my Client an
amount of Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) as monthly rental from
September 2018 until the same is turned over to my Client. Otherwise,
much to my regret, I shall be forced to file criminal and/or civil action
against you to protect my Client’s rights and interest.
