MOTION TO ISSUE NOTICE OF

FINALITY OF JUDGMENT

COMES NOW, the petitioner, by the undersigned counsel, to the

Honorable court, most respectfully avers the following to wit, THAT:

1. On June 24, 2020, the undersigned received the Resolution of

this Honorable court dated June 18, 2020 in relation to the
instant case, the dispositive portion of which provides that;

“WHEREFORE, judgment is hereby rendered granting

petitioner’s prayer, the lost owner’s duplicate of Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-192877, in the name of ERMENIA
EDROTE ABBU is hereby declared null and void. The Register of
Deeds of Cagayan de Oro is ordered to issue a new Owner’s
Duplicate of Transfer Certificate of Title no. T-192877, in the name
of ERMENIA EDROTE ABBU, which shall be entitled to the same
faith and credit as the lost one and with the same terms and
conditions as the original thereof, upon payment of the proper
fees. Further, the said Register of Deeds is hereby ordered to
annotate on the same Title that the issuance of this Order is null
and void if the alleged lost Certificate is actually in the possession

 of some other person.

SO ORDERED”

2. In view of the foregoing and with the lapse of the fifteen (15) day
period, the undersigned prays that this Honorable Court will
issue a Notice of Finality of Judgment.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that a Notice of Finality of

Judgment be issued by this Honorable Court.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise
prayed for.
