SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, (name of the heir of Flordeliza Garcia), of legal age, Filipino, a resident of

Bunawan Agusan del Sur do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT (name of the
person to represent Flordeliza Garcia), also of legal age , Filipino, a resident of Bunawan
Agusan del Sur and also an heir of Flordeliza Garcia to be my true and lawful Attorney-
In-Fact, for us and for our name, place and stead, to do and perform any or all of the
following acts and things, to wit:

1. That being an heir of the late FLORDELIZA GARCIA who at the time of her death,
is one of the Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARB) and co-owners of a lot
particularly describe as Lot. No. 2682, Pls-67, covered under title no. T-279 with
an area of 10.0450 hectares and is located in San Andres, Bunawan, Agusan del
Sur, I hereby empower my attorney in fact to represent in my behalf to process
and sign any and all documents necessarily to effect the
parcelization/individualization of title of the said property under the Support to
Parcelization of Land for Individual Titling (SPLIT) project of the Department of
Agrarian Reform (DAR) and in so far as FLORDELIZA GARCIA’S share in the subject
property in concerned;

2. To empower my attorney in fact to do other acts reasonably necessary and in

connection with the powers in the preceding number.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and
Authority whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done in or about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that may be said as Attorney-in-Fact
shall do or cause to be done and by virtue of these presents.

This Special Power of Attorney remains in full force and effect unless revoked and
repudiated.
