SUBJECT: Proposal for establishing NCC in Vishwavidyalya.

Respected sir,
Drawing your attention towards the above subject we members of STUDENT COUNCIL (2016-2017)
demand for NCC in our esteemed institution as quickly as possible. NCC is one of the premier youth
organizations in our country, contributing in propagating national unity, integrity, self-defense and
patriotism amongst the youth. Its role in instilling in them the values of character, discipline and hard
work and in shaping them into dynamic and responsible citizens of the country had been well
recognized. The far sighting benefits of NCC are NCC certificate holders are considered eligible for
recruitment to gazetted posts of civil gliding, state government services, central government services,
army, police forces and air forces. NCC helps to enhance personality and increase will power. It is one of
the best ways to ignite fire of national unity in young souls and hence it is very important to have NCC in
our institution as soon as possible.

SUBJECT: Proposal for starting the public speaking club in the Vishwavidyalay.

Respected sir,

Drawing your attention towards the above subject we the members of Student Council (2016-17)
request the university to start with the Public Speaking club and help the students to develop the public
speaking skills. Along with academics student also have to enhance their personality and to learn to
present their views before a large gathering. Such clubs will help in developing the speaking skills and
will also help in allover development of a human being. We also request the institution to invite the
motivators and good orators for few hours’ sessions once in two months so that students learn to
interact. Three hours session once a week will benefit many a students in collage who have a keen
interest on public speaking. This will also help the institution to bring out talents from the university and
there will be representation of students in various competitions. This will also help the students to learn
to organize various events in the university. So it is our humble request to the university to start the
Public Speaking club as soon as possible.
