Surface Mine Plow

• Surface Mine Plow (SMP): Is mounted to the Jettison Fitting Kit


(JFK). SMP is hydraulically and electronically operated from the
driver’s compartment with the Mission Equipment Control Unit
(MECU). The SMP is designed to remove air and artillery
delivered mines, unexploded munitions, surface mines and
other surface munitions, clearing a lane approximately 175.5 in.
(4.5 m) wide.
Angle Mine Plow

• Angle Mine Plow (AMP): Is mounted to the JFK. The AMP is


hydraulically and electronically operated from the driver’s
compartment with the Mission Equipment Control Unit
(MECU). The AMP is designed to remove air and artillery
delivered mines, unexploded munitions, surface mines and
other surface munitions, clearing a lane approximately 175.5
in. (4.5 m) wide.
Mine Roller

• Mine Roller (MR): Is mounted to the JFK. The MR is


hydraulically and electronically operated from the driver’s
compartment with the Mission Equipment Control Unit
(MECU). The MR proves the vehicle lane and detonates any
mines buried in the track widths of the vehicle before the
vehicle passes over them
Straight Obstacle Blade

• Straight Obstacle Blade (SOB): is mounted to the JFK. The SOB is


hydraulically and electronically operated from the driver’s compartment
with the Mission Equipment Control Unit (MECU). The SOB can clear
urban rubble, sand, soil, and improvised barricades. Remove light and
medium weight vehicles from roads and tracks. Undertake light
earthmoving; fill ditches, and clear vegetation up to medium sized trees
(6 inches in diameter).
Magnetic Signature Duplicator

• Magnetic Signature Duplicator (#5) (MSD): is


installed on the SMP, AMP, or the MR, which is
controlled from the Magnetic Signature Duplicator
Control Unit (MSDCU). The MSD is used for clearing
electromagnetic fused mines and magnetic proximity
mines.

Lane Marking System

• Lane Marking System (LMS):When mounted, the LMS


can be mounted on the rear right and left hull of the
ESV, which shoots marker poles into the ground with
100psi of air pressure. Each of the dispenser units can
hold up to 50 poles at one time.
