Principles of Project Management Coursework Resubmission brief – August 2020

Task

Pure Gym plans to open 10 new gyms in different locations across London. You are appointed as the
project manager for this project that needs to be completed by 30th June 2021.

Project Plan

Submit a Project Plan (approx. 2000 words) which will cover all areas of the project, including Project
Scope Management, Project Time Management, Project Risk Management, Project Cost
Management, and Project Communication Management.

Indicative Content –

Project Overview / Scope (project charter, scope statement, rationale, constraints, assumptions,
WBS, etc.)

- Project Time Management (network diagram, critical path analysis, Gantt chart)

- Project Risk Management (risk matrix, risk plan, risk response)

- Project Cost Management (resource analysis, budget, cost baseline, etc.)

- Project Communication Management (stakeholder analysis, communication plan, etc.)

Important Information –

All information has to be submitted on Moodle as one single WORD or PDF file

- It is the student’s responsibility to check that the file submitted on Moodle is readable, and all
figures and tables are visible.

- If there are any technical issues with Moodle submission, students must send the final version of
their work to the module convenor.
