Assessment:
1. All work in progress must be submitted - topic, thesis statement, and introduction to receive a final
grade for this course. Should any of the work not be submitted = a fail of the course.
2. Curriculum Vitae - 10%
3. Letter of Application - 10%
4. Term Paper of 1700-2000 words written with a partner – 80%

All work will be uploaded to Moodle (word doc and pdf) by the dates given above.
Individual Self-Study (ISS) and Guided Self-Study (GSS): A total of 69 hours are assigned for self-study.
This means that you are expected to devote around 5 hours per week to the course outside of class. This gives
you time to produce work of a high quality, and the term paper submitted for the final assessment will be
graded accordingly.
