70-16 LIQUID ALUMINIUM SPRAY

Description Aluminium-coating

Use Shake can well and spray onto clean surface of ambient temperature (NOT hot).

Application Specially for surfaces which can get hot, for instance in incineration plants
(garbage/refuse/wate), boiler and combustion plants, long-distance heating
works and pipelines, furnace equipment, e.g. gate and other valves, sheets
of catalytic converters, exhaust manifolds, silencers, exhaust pipes of cars
and ovens, for "gliding" purposes in continuous aluminium-casting (spray
form with 70-16 instead of graphite, the latter gives a "dirty" alu-surface)
and for all hard surfaces not subjected to abrasion, e.g. metal, wood,
ceramics, etc., for air-conditioning/ventilation systems, silos, road truck
body work, alu wheel rims/felloes, for touching-up fresh zinc-coatings, etc.

Properties purity of the aluminium < 99.5 % acc. To DIN 1712-1

the dried film has a very bright shine, it is effacible
high thermal resistivity: aluminium resists temperatures of up to + 800 °C,
at + 825 °C it starts to diffuse into the base metal (steel)
if the 70-16 can is subjected to sub-zero temperatures allow to regain
ambient temperature for 24 (to 48) hours
