Subject: Review of Regional SCAD Decision regarding replacement of Joint Secretaries

This is with reference to the subject cited above regarding decision of the regional SCAD dated 16th July’2020
in favor of Mr. Jawwad Ahmed of his application against replacement of Joint Secretaries from the Regional
Executive Committee (REC). We intend to bring it in your kind notice that following Joint Secretaries were
replaced from Regional Executive Committee after thorough deliberations and subsequent ratification of the
Honorable Chief Organizer.
1. Jawwad Ahmed from District Central
2. Kamran Raza from District South
3. Inayat Khattak from District Malir (Urban)
4. Tariq Baloch from District Malir (Rural)
5. Saeed Ur Rehman Madni from District West

The decision of replacement is in accordance with the article V-4.3 of the party constitution.

V-4.3. All office holders shall report to the Chief Organiser for all party matters and all nominations are liable
to be ratified/revisioned by the Chief Organiser.

In light of the above mentioned, we would formally request you for the review of the Regional SCAD decision.
