PCI (Personal Computer Information) Compliance Training

All employees must complete PCI compliance training within 30 days of hire.  The required
online training is found at http://its.mwcc.edu/pcitraining/ and takes approximately 15 minutes
to complete.  It consists of a PowerPoint presentation and seven questions. Evidence verifying
your completion of the training will be stored automatically in a database.

Ethics Training/Conflict of Interest Laws

The Ethics Training is a requirement mandated by the Commonwealth for all employees, full or
part-time. On average, it will take between 20-30 minutes to complete.
Go to http://www.stateprog.eth.state.ma.us to start the process. After listening to the video, you
must take the Learning Assessment after Step 7. Please note, saving and emailing the certificate
does not work. You will need to print the certificate and return it to Human Resources. We
suggest that you print two copies and keep one for yourself.
