AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, FLORENDO G. LANG-AY, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and resident of

Batiangan, Uso, Suyo, Ilocos Sur, having been duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby
deposes and says that:

I am one of the surviving legal forced heirs of the late Cornelio Lang-ay who left a parcel
of land identified as portion of Lot 7051, Pls 1114 Suyo Public Land Subdivision containing an
area of SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY FIVE (7,395), square meters, more
or less;

Sometime in December 2016, by virtue of false documents denominated as Affidavit of

Adjudication with Waiver of Rights and Affidavit of Waiver of Rights purportedly executed by
us when in fact it is not, Carlos Pongsila, the father of Carl Joshua Pongsila, a 10-year old minor,
surreptitiously and illegally transferred the subject land in favor of Carl Joshua Pongsila through
the free titling services of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources;

In 2017, a Free Patent Title with Patent Number 012932-17-61217 was registered and
issued to Carl Joshua Pongsila to our prejudice;

The subject parcel of land had been in our possession, openly, notoriously, and
exclusively since time immemorial;

I am executing the foregoing statement to attest, affirm and vouch the contents hereof to
be true and correct and that I understood all the statements contained herein to the best of my
knowledge and belief, for the purpose of annotating my adverse claim on the said Title as well as
on the Tax Declaration whenever a Tax Declaration will be issued, in order to protect my rights,
and interest as co-owner over the afore-mentioned landholding and for all legal intents and
purposes.

AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NAUGHT.
