JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, PEDRO JOSE and ERLY MO, Filipinos, of legal ages, widow and
married respectively, and residents of Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental, after having been
duly sworn in accordance with law hereby depose and state:

1. That we have known PILAPIL ESTRADA since 2002 or for seventeen years
(17) years now, he being our neighbor and close friend;
2. That we know for a fact that he is male and his name is PILAPIL ESTRADA,
which gender and name he has been using and which he has been known by
our co-workers, friends and the community;
3. That he has never used the female gender, which gender was erroneously
entered in his School Records, the same being only a clerical error;
4. That we know for a fact that the said PILAPIL ESTRADA has no pending
civil or criminal case in any court and the error of his gender reflected in his
Certificate of Live Birth was made without his fault or participation;
5. That finally, we execute this affidavit to establish the truth to the foregoing
statements and for the purpose of establishing that PILAPIL ESTRADA is
male which erroneously entered as appearing in his Certificate of Live Birth
as female.
