pay the same;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the above representative is

hereby authorized to sign, execute and deliver, for and in
behalf of the Corporation, the certification and/or affidavit
of undertaking to settle/pay any outstanding obligation to
the (Network Service Provider/Incumbent RES) or any
document or instrument necessary or desirable to
implement the foregoing Resolution.”

3. This resolution has not been revoked, amended or modified and

remains valid, subsisting and enforceable upon the Corporation
unless subsequently revoked or rescinded or superseded by a
resolution of the Board of Directors.
