standards for example. Corridor spaces, Staircase width, Space requirements stipulated therein as
applicable to the thesis topic.
2. Critical aspects of Byelaws (for example. Permissible Plot Coverage, FSI, Building height)
3. Open Spaces and other special setbacks mandated for the chosen site.
4. Fire Fighting Norms, Environmental Protection Norms, Barrier Free Norms and Regulations.

CASE STUDIES:
1. Site Plan, All relevant floor plans, elevations, sections, should be legibly presented in an
appropriate scale.
2. Conceptual analysis and study should be legibly presented in an appropriate scale.
3. All the requirements mentioned in the point no. 5 should be legibly presented in an appropriate
scale.
4. Research and understanding of the thrust area as relevant should be presented in a logical
sequence with the appropriate inferences.
5. Design brief should be presented in A4 size.
