Requisition for Logic Modification

1.1 If any modification is required in present logic or tripping range the following is the
procedure
1.1.1 The concern section head/engineer fill logic modification form and take approval by HOD.

1.1.2 Then the concern Section head/Engineer takes all the departments HOD's Approval.

1.1.3 The concerned HOD will check for its feasibility and all technical aspects then forward
to Technical head for approval

1.1.4 After approval by technical head instrumentation engineer will modify the logic and record
it for future reference.

1.1.5 All the modifications should be circulated to technical department every month.
