That I, CRISPINO P. TUTOL, of legal age, single and residing at


Baranggay Lagay Calauag, Quezon., do hereby appoint, name and constitute
ESTELITO TORRES LIBRANDA, of legal age and with address at Baranggay
Lagay Calauag, Quezon., both to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for
me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform all or any of the
following acts and things:

1. To represent and facilitate on my behalf in the cutting of coconut trees


in my property in Brgy. Lagay, Calauag, Quezon;

2. To do other acts necessary in the pursuance of the above purpose.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said attorneys full power and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about
the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully
do if personally present, and hereby ratifying, and confirming all that my said
attorney shall do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
