SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ARTHUR S. CENDAÑA, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Brgy. San
Isidro, Sta. Fe, Leyte, do HEREBY, NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT NESTOR S.
CENDAÑA , likewise of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident Brgy. San Isidro, Sta. Fe,
Leyte, to be my lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my NAME, PLACE and STEAD to do
the following acts, TO:

1. TRANSACT and SIGN in my behalf the processing of any and all

documents pertaining to the sale of and transfer of title of a parcel of
land covered designated as Lot No. 89 located at Brgy. San Isidro, Sta.
Fe, Leyte;

2. SECURE and OBTAIN any supporting document/s before any

government institution or lined agency in relation to the transfer of the
aforementioned property in my favor;

3. PAY any amount of fees required and/or charges in relation to the

authorities above given;

4. FURTHER AUTHORITY is given to the attorney-in-fact to DO ALL

NECESSARY ACTS, should the same be essential to my advantage;

5. EXECUTE and SIGN any documents in my behalf for the purposes and
pursuant to the authorities above mentioned.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority to do and
perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about
the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally
present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney, shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
