KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, GREGORIA A. PACHO, of legal age, Filipino, widow and currently residing at

Zone 3 Brgy. 110 Utap, Tacloban City do HEREBY, NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT
RUEL M. VILLANUEVA, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence address at
Brgy. 56-A Sagkahan, Tacloban City, to be my lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my
NAME, PLACE and STEAD to do the following acts, TO:

1. FACILITATE/PROCESS/FOLLOW-UP my application for water

connection with Leyte Metropolitan Water District (LMWD), Tacloban
City;

2. SECURE and OBTAIN any supporting document/s before LMWD or

any government institution/agency in relation to the above-mentioned
purpose;

3. PAY any amount of fees required and/or charges in relation to the

authorities above given;

4. FURTHER AUTHORITY is given to the attorney-in-fact to DO ALL

NECESSARY ACTS, should the same be essential to my advantage;

5. EXECUTE and SIGN any documents in my behalf for the purposes

and pursuant to the authorities above mentioned.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full power and authority to do and
perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about
the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally
present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney, shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
