OUR ITINERARY THROUGH MEXICO!

A few months ago, before the pandemic, we bought a tour package for some cities in Mexico.
Miss Zobeida, advisor to the travel agency where we bought the package for $3,500, gave us
this itinerary:

Pepe
1) Friday- International Airport Mexico City– Acapulco
On Friday morning, were leaving to Benito Juárez International Airport. We will take
the 7.30 am flight. We’re arriving at the hotel at 9.00 am, and between 10:30 and 12:30
we will visit La Roqueta and Papagayo’s Park. We will visit La Virgen de los Mares, a
submerged Virgin a few meters deep that you can admire on a trip with a transparent
bottom boat. May be, we will dive into La Quebrada. Finally, we’re returning hotel at
9.30 pm.

2) Saturday-Acapulco-Guadalajara
On Saturday mornin, we will to International Airport Juan N. Álvarez of Acapulco. We
will take 8.00 am flight. We’re arriving Guadalajara at 9.00 am. At noon, we’re visiting
the Guadalajara Metropolitan Cathedral and we’re getting to the Tequila Festival. In the
evening, go to the Plaza de los Mariachis, we will sing two or three songs by José
Alfredo Jiménez and we’re eating "tortas ahogadas" with tequila. Return to the hotel to
rest at 10.00 pm.

3) Sunday, Guadalajara, Jalisco- Los Cabos, Baja California Sur.
On Sunday morning, we’re fliying from Miguel Hidalgo International Airport to Los
Cabos, Baja California Sur. We’re arriving at 9.00 am. At noon, eat in the hotel
restaurant and we’re going to see the whales and the natural wonders of the bay. In the
evening, we will return to the hotel for dinner and rest.

4) Monday– Los Cabos, Baja California Sur- Puerto de Veracruz, Veracruz
On Monday morning, we’re leaving from Los Cabos to Veracruz on 4.00 am fligth.
We are arriving Veracruz Port at 8:30 am. In the afternoon, we will eat in a typical
restaurant, we will dance a "son" jarocho and eat/drink veracruzanian "bolis pa’ la
calor". We will dinner in the Downtown of Veracruz and we will drink a famous coffe
with milk. We’re returnig our hotel at 10.00 pm.

5) Tuesday -Veracruz-Cancun Riviera Maya
On Tuesday morning, we’re leaving from Heriberto Jara International Airport of
Veracruz to Cancún, Quintana Roo. We will take 7.00 am flight. We’re checking in at
the hotel at 9.30 am and we will have breakfast there. In the afternoon, we’re visiting a
Mayan ruin near the beach and we will eat in a restaurant there. In the evening, at 7 pm,
we’re going to the Coco Bongo Nigth Club, we will have a few beers and return to the
hotel at 9.30 pm.

6) Wednesday- Cancún Riviera Maya-Oaxaca City
On Wednesday morning, at 4.00 am we’re fliying from Cancun to Oaxaca City.
We’re arriving in Oaxaca at 8:30 and we will check in at the hotel at 9. At noon, we’re
going to the Toledo Museum and in the afternoon we will go to see the Guelaguetza.
We will dance two or three sones with the famous Mazapan dog and after drinking beer,
eating tlayudas and other typical things, we’re returning to the hotel at 10 pm.

7) Sunday -Oaxaca city México.
On Thursday morning, we’re leaving from Xoxocotlán International Airport of Oaxaca
to Mexico City. We would board the 9 am flight and we would be arriving in Mexico
City at 10.30 am. But, the pandemic ruined everything and we consoled ourselves with
imagining this trip that Zobeida sold us for 3,500 each.
