MEET THE TEACHER

Dear Parents,

My name is Ms. Spears, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Null Middle School family
for the 2020-2021 school year. This year may look a little different in terms of a
traditional setting, but one thing that will not change is the dedication and
enthusiasm I have as your child's teacher. We will get through these challenging
times, and I will do my absolute best to engage your child in the best learning
environment both virtually and face-to-face when we transition back on
campus.There is so much that I am looking forward to this 20-21 school year. Your
child will investigate careers in the Human Services Career Cluster, including
counseling and mental health, early childhood development, family and community,
personal care, and consumer services.

I can't wait to meet you and start this journey together!

I am originally from New Orleans,
La. I attended Northwestern State
University in Natchitoches, La.,
and California Coast University in
Santa Ana, Ca. Before becoming a
teacher, I worked as a case
manager servicing the homeless
population in Los Angeles and as
a residential counselor for
teenagers in a group home
setting in Lacombe, La.
