    ISSUANCE OF PHILHEALTH ID
    CARDS TO MEMBERS IS FREE
    It has come to our attention that there are individuals posing
    as intermediaries who collect fees in exchange for facilitating
    the issuance of identification cards from PhilHealth.

    The public is hereby informed that we do not charge any fees for
    the issuance of the PhilHealth ID cards to legitimate members.
    Kindly transact only at the nearest Local Health Insurance Office
    or PhilHealth Express in your localities.

    Please report any similar unscrupulous activities immediately


    to our Corporate Action Center at (02) 441-7442 or through
    email: actioncenter@philhealth.gov.ph.
