SUB: Permission for participation in Aravalli Terrain Vehicle Championship, Kota Rajasthan on 25 th
February, 2019 with faculty Advisor Asst. Prof. Utkarsh Pandey.

Respected sir,

As under your extreme guidance, team “BENIGN BEADERS” successfully participated in BAJA SAE
INDIA consecutively for the seventh time being AIR 1 st overall in our state, 4th in endurance race in
INDIA and 13th in overall competition in INDIA

2. Sir, Team needs to register the college team for participation in ATVC (Aravalli Terrain Vehicle
Championship, Kota). The event is organised by the Rajasthan technical university in collaboration
with Rajasthan government from the duration of 25 February to 1 march 2019 in Kota, Rajasthan.

3. For the above mentioned event, team had already fabricated the vehicle. As per the organizing
committee rules, the same BAJA vehicle can be utilised in Aravalli Terrain Vehicle Championship
event.

4. The total expense of entire event will be bear by the team only. There is no financial implication
on college for participating in the above mentioned event. The team is focusing to enhance the
performance and to share the podium finish.

5.For the above mentioned event our faculty Advisor is Asst. Prof. Utkarsh Pandey of Auto Engg.

Kindly grant us the permission to participate in ATVC with same vehicle as in BAJA SAE INDIA 2019
and bring glory to our college.
