SUB: Regarding permission for production lab for manufacturing of BAJA 2018-19 ATV vehicle

Respected sir,

With respect to the above mentioned subject, team BENIGN BEADERS would to like
to inform you that we are going to participate in the MAIN EVENT OF BAJA SAE INDIA 2019 after
successful completion of VIRTUAL ROUND of BAJA SAE INDIA 2019.

For the manufacturing phase team need to fabricate the whole vehicle at our college production lab
for which there is requirement of production lab after lunch hours and night production.

During production if any mishap occurs to BAJA team members and lab equipment available in
production lab, for that team members will be solely responsible. In production lab team will work
under the faculty advisor Asst. Prof. Anand Baghel.

Kindly grant us permission to work in production lab.
