    PREFACE
    First of all, I would like to thank to the teacher that give me the assignment to write about
    Khmer Fork Tales. So I have a chance to deeper study about Khmer Fork Tale and the tittle
    of this story is call “The Crane and the Crab “.

    The Crane and the crab is the story of Khmer Fork Tale that have known by many of
    Cambodian Children.

    I know that this assignment is not perfect. But I hope it can be useful for us. Critics and
    suggestion is needed here to make this assignment be better, hopefully we as a student in
    English literature Studies Department, AEU can get many knowledge from this assignment
    where there will be helpful in the future.
