SUBJECT:ABOUT BID SUBMISSION

Dear sir,
Ambar suppliers and traders is pleased to present the bid documents to your municipality office against seal Quatation
47/2076/2077 for supply and delivery of sanitary pads in Hanspur Municipality.

We want to make clear that our product manufacture company is one of the largest company to produce the sanitary
pads in Nepal . We have attached all document related to our company if further more document are necessary then
we are ready to provide.
Our company product has been supplied in different municipality of Nepal.

We, the undersigned ,declare that :

(a) We have examined and have no reservations to the bidding documents .
(b) We offer to supply in conformity with the Bidding Documents and in accordance with the delivery schedule
specified in the schedule of requirements , the following goods and related services:
(c) The total price of Bid, excluding VAT ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(d) Our bid shall be valid for period of 45 days from the date fixed for the bid submission deadline in accordance to
the bidding documents and it shall remain bidding upon us and may be accepted at any time before the
expiration of that period
(e) If our bid is accepted ,we commit to obtain a performance security in the amount as specified in ITB 41 further
due performance of the contract
(f) We understand that this bid together with your written acceptance thereof included in your notification of
Award shall constitute a bidding contract between us until a formal contract is prepared
(g) We declared that we are not been blacklisted as per ITB 3.4 and no conflict of interest in relating to the concern
profession or business.
(h) We agree to permit GoN/DP or its representative to inspect our accounts and records and other documents
relating to the bid submission and to have them audited by auditors appointed by GoN/DP.
