WIRLESS GLOVES ARM CONTROLLED GUESTURE ROBOT FOR

DIFFERENTLY ABLED

OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:

Abstract

In this project, we have proposed the development of a wireless controlled robotic arm,
designed by him, which will control wirelessly and operated with the help of robotic gloves.The
gloves will wear in the hand to do the gestures action. The robotic arm able to understand hand
gestures of differently able humans in order to react suitably and help on the requisites from the
gestures data from the gloves. The complete robot is made with transmitter and receiver section.
The transmitter arranged on the gloves which comprises of camera interface, Three axis
gyroscope, accelerometer, flux sensor and the receiver section comprises of APC220 wireless
communication interface module, Arduino Board, Servo motors and Circular revolving base
with arm mounted.

PROBLEM FORMULATION:
The project consists of a transmitter and a receiver .

TRANSMITTER:
It consists of a gloves which is stitched with flux sensors and accelerometer,arduino and
tx module.
The flux sensor is used to control the arm.
The accelerometer is used to control the motion of robot.
The output of sensors are manupulated using the hand gestures and sent through the RF
module.

RECEIVER:
It consists of robot with arm ,arduino and rx module.
The sensor outputs are received and manupulated by arduino and actuators are moved
accordingly.

EXPECTED OUTPUT:
The expected output of the project is that the robot should be capable of moving with the
gestures of hand.
The arm should be capable of picking and placing things with the hand gestures of hand.
