2012 in Khilgaon under the ownership of Md. Humayun Kabir. It is a well-known

Hundred Seventy taka only) has been deposited to Savar branch of Dutch-Bangla Bank
Ltd. in favor of BASTU, Saidpur. The transaction was made on 03rd August, 2017.
 Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions regarding this proposal are-

  The deliverables are needed to be checked by the client’s representative.

  40% of total payment is needed to be given when contract is signed.
 The order completion time is 30 days. If any unavoidable circumstances are
 occurred, order will be delayed.
 Initial payment should be in cash. Rest should be given by check at the time of
 order receiving.
 Warranty will be void if machines are intentionally damaged or by accidents.

The agreement is about the acceptance of invited tender for lot 04 published in “The
Daily Star” of 25.07.2017. Both parties are agreed with all the terms and conditions. The
agreement is activated from 6th August, 2017.
