Sirs/Mesdames:

Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated OCTOBER 18, 2011,
which reads as follows:

"G.R. No. 176951 (League of Cities of the Philippines [LCP], represented by LCP National
President Jerry P. Treñas, et al. vs. Commission on Elections, et al.); G.R. No. 177499 (League
of Cities of the Philippines [LCP], represented by LCP National President Jerry P. Treñas, et al.
vs. Commission on Elections, et al.); and G.R. No. 178056 (League of Cities of the Philippines
[LCP], represented by LCP National President Jerry P. Treñas, et al. vs. Commission on
Elections, et al.).- In view of the Resolution dated June 28, 2011 prohibiting the filing of further
pleadings or submissions in these cases, the Court Resolved to EXPUNGE from the records the
Motion to Set Aside (Resolution dated 26 July 2011) dated September 20, 2011 filed by counsel
for petitioners."
