Please support me in finding a solution to a big problem with my plane tickets. Today, the
quarantine law came into force in Romania, as a measure of COVID 19. Thus we can no
longer move to Romania, safely, for me and for my two children, with whom I should have
traveled on of July 23rd. We are very afraid. Please help me with the flight cancellation or
flight modification for another period, towards the end of the year.

If you want to change your flight, you can easily do it online up to 2 .5 hours prior to the
departure time, unless you have already checked in. I would recommend you to go to our
website, select My Bookings then Manage Booking, there you need to click on the ""Change your
flight"" option from the list.

Iread to website..I postpone my flight, if I don’t want/can to fly due to current situation?
From 10 June, customers who book to travel in July & August will be able to move their
flights with zero change fee to travel until the 31 Dec 2020. This flight date change will only
apply to the route customers have already booked and trips must be completed before the
2020 year end.
