Maximum operation 10 hours per day or 300 hours per month.

Mobilization and De-mobilization costs are responsibility of the hirer.

Transport Air Dryer & Receiver Tank From PT. Coates Hire Jakarta to PT. Coates Hire Balikpapan to
Pertamina RDMP by using 1x Colt Diesel, and 375CFM from PT. Coates Hire Balikpapan to Pertamina RDMP
by using 1x Colt Diesel.

Rate : IDR 25,000,000.00 per unit per trip using 1x Colt Diesel from Jakarta
IDR 400,000.00 per unit per trip using 2x Colt Diesel in Balikpapan

Total Mob Demob : IDR 51,600,000.00

Availability : Mob demob available at Coates Hire Balikpapan

Rebate
In addition to the discounted rates above, further rebates, may be applicable dependent on final contract value
and length of hire.

Hire Period
Minimum 1 months (extendable).

In the event the unit becomes unavailable for hire, due to acts of negligence, damage or omissions, unless caused
by the Owner or due to major repairs, the Hirer shall continue to pay for the rental of the machine until such time
as the unit has restored to hireable condition.

Early Termination Penalty

Termination of contract by the Hirer before the minimum hire period achieved may incur penalty of 50% of residual
hire contract value (e.g. if 8 months remain 4 months of the contract monthly value), applicable from when the
equipments are received by agreed Coates Hire Indonesia facility.

On/Off Hire
Hire period commences from the date of dispatch from PT. Coates Hire Indonesia Facility and ends on return to
PT. Coates Hire Indonesia - In Accordance with CHI Terms and Conditions.

Mob/Demob
Mobilization and De-mobilization costs are responsibility of the hirer.

Terms of Payment
Terms of payment are cash on delivery (COD) days in accordance with PT. Coates Hire Indonesia Terms and
Conditions. Late payments may be subject to late payment penalty in accordance with Terms and Conditions.

The above hire rate does not include VAT, and other Indonesian taxes.

Validity
30 days from today and subject to PT. Coates Hire Indonesia General Terms and Conditions for hire.

Insurance
Damage Waiver

12.5% Damage Waiver will be charge on all hires unless an insurance certificate is provided. A Certificate of
Currency is required prior to the commencement of hire. Damage Waiver is further subject to those further
provisions contained PT. Coates Hire Indonesia Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Servicing
 Daily service including inspection of fuel, coolant level, lubricant, and batteries are the hirer Responsibility.
 PT. Coates Hire Indonesia will perform the regular Periodic Service in accordance with the Silver Service
Maintenance Program, except daily checks which are operator responsibility.
 Should the equipment be operating at remote or inaccessible location, scheduled servicing is the
responsibility of the hirer. PT. Coates Hire Indonesia will supply all filters and an emergency breakdown
parts kit. Hirer shall supply fuel, all lubricants (Fuel and Lube oils as per specifications). CHI may from
time to time decide to send a technical audit team to Renter’s site to ensure that equipment has been
maintained and serviced properly. Transport and accommodation on site for PT. Coates Hire Indonesia
Technician/s shall be provided by the hirer. Any and all other charges arising from improper servicing and
maintenance may be at Renter’s expense.

This quotation is subject to PT. Coates Hire Indonesia general terms and conditions.
