MANAGEMENT PLAN

Diagnosis: Subacute constant moderate right elbow medial epicondylitis

Orthopaedic intervention is not yet inclusive in this treatment plan, as this condition is in the sub-acute phase with no
prior treatment it is best to initially treat with a conservative approach and assess if it is improving the condition.
Orthopaedic intervention should be considered when non-surgical modalities are failing to reduce the pain or improve
function of the elbow.
